1] The Applicant is a resident of Dubai and he is apprehending arrest in connection with CR registered with Christian Ganj Police station on 17.04.2022.

2] Since the Applicant received notice under Section 91 of the Cr.P.C. he apprehend his arrest. The learned counsel for the Applicant states that he received a phone call from the concerned Investigating Officer, hence he is apprehending arrest.

3] The Application does not deserve to be entertained on two counts; Firstly, FIR is registered long back in April 2022 and secondly, the Applicant is in Dubai and there is no justification as to why he approached this Court seeking transit bail.

4] Application is disposed off.
