Grievance is that the main accused is absconding and prosecution against his father and his brother is not proceeding further, as witnesses are not coming forward. Learned Counsel states that since 2014 there is no progress.

We grant Petitioners leave to move trial Court with necessary prayers. Trial Court shall take appropriate action if witnesses are not coming up and proceed further. 3.

With liberty to approach this Court again in the matter, we dispose of present Writ Petition.
