By this Application, the Applicants seek re-call of the order dated 01.04.2016 passed by this Court (CORAM : A.S.GADKARI, J.). The Petition was dismissed, pursuant to the conditional order dated 01.04.2016 passed by this Court.

The Applicants also pray that the delay of 145 days in filing the aforesaid Application also be condoned.

Learned counsel for the Respondent No.1 opposes the Application.

For the reasons set out in the Application, the Application is allowed. The order dated 01.04.2016, is re-called. The delay in filing the Application is condoned and the Writ Petition, being W.P.No.2742 of 2015 is restored back to its original file alongwith the ad-interim order dated 10.08.2015 passed by this Court (CORAM : M.L.TAHALIYANI, J.).

Accordingly, the Application is disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
