Heard learned counsel for the parties.

By this Civil Application, Applicants are seeking condonation of 74 days delay in filing the First Appeal.

Learned counsel for the Applicants submits that, as per order dated 29th August 2017 passed by the Registrar (Judicial-II), Civil Application stood dismissed against the Respondent no. 2. He requires sometime to take appropriate steps against the Respondent no. 2, hence the following order. (a) Time is granted till 27th September 2019 to the applicants to take appropriate steps for restoration of Civil Application against respondent no. 2, 1/2

Ethape 11.CAF.1619.16 failing which the entire Civil Application shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.

(b) If, steps are taken by the learned counsel for the Applicants in time, the matter to appear on board 04th October 2019.
