1] In the aforesaid applications the applicants were granted interim relief by Orders dated 29.9.2016, 19.8.2016 and 19.8.2016 respectively.

2] The record reveals that in pursuance of Order dated 18th April 2017, the applicants have deposited Rs.1,12,53,851/- in the Registry of this Court. The record of investigation reveals that the documents pertaining to the present crime are already seized by the police. The investigation of the present crime revolves around the documents which are seized by the police. In view thereof, the custodial interrogation of the applicants for further investigation of the present crime is not necessary. 3] In view of the above, the interim reliefs granted by the aforesaid Orders are hereby confirmed.
