1] Since the offences invoked against the Applicant are under the provisions of Section 420, 406, 504 and 506(2) of the Indian Penal, he was served with notice under Section 41A of the Cr.P.C. on 23.02.2022.

2] The learned counsel for the Applicant states that the Applicant shall report to the Investigating Officer within a period of 7 days from today.

3] Upon his presence, the Investigating Officer shall follow procedure prescribed under Section 41A of the Cr.P.C. and record reasons in case if he comes at a conclusion that custodial interrogation 1/2
