Heard. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that these petitions are filed by them against the interim order. He submits that the main matter has already been decided by the learned Assistant Charity Commissioner and against that order they have preferred appeals before the Jt. Charity Commissioner. Those appeals are pending for hearing and final disposal on merits. He submits that in view of the subsequent development, the present Writ Petitions become infructuous. He submits that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct the Jt. Charity Commissioner to decide those appeals as early as possible.

Hence, following order is passed:

a.

All these Writ Petitions stand dismissed as infructuous.

b.

Liberty granted to the petitioner to move an appropriate application before the Jt. Charity Commissioner for early haring of those appeals. c.

If such an application is made, the Jt. Charity Commissioner to decide the same on its own merits.
