Oral Order :- The learned Counsel for the Petitioner has placed on record an order passed by the Small Cause Court on 4 August 2016 wherein the Respondent - Plaintiff is directed to vacate the temporary alternate accommodation. It is directed that shifting shall be completed by end of September 2016. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner makes a grievance that inspite of this order also the Respondent - Plaintiff is not vacating the premises. 2.

A mandatory order is already passed by the learned Small

If the Respondent is not complying with this order, it is always open to the Petitioner to bring the said fact to the notice of the learned Small Cause Court Judge, who is fully empowered to ensure the compliance of the order passed by it. Keeping this remedy open to the Petitioner, the Contempt Petition is disposed of.
