Heard. This being application for condonation of delay of 98 days caused in preferring appeal against Judgment dated 13th March,2018 passed by Special Judge, Nashik in Sessions Case No.93 Wakodikar

2/2 18 appa 1434 of 2019.doc of 2017, by which, applicant came to be convicted for the offence punishable under Section 366 of Indian Penal Code and under Section 6 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act and is sentenced to suffer rigorous imprisonment for 10 years for the offence under Section 6 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act. Application is liable to be allowed as the delay caused is satisfactorily condoned. Application is, accordingly, disposed of as allowed.
