The learned counsel for the petitioner and Respondent No.3 submits that matter is settled out of Court. They tendered Consent Terms dated 24.10.2016 duly signed by the petitioner and on behalf of Respondent No.3 the Secretary.

Both the Counsel submits that petitioner as well as the Secretary of Respondent No.3 Society are present in the court. The undertaking given by them in clause 4 and 7 is accepted. Consent Terms is taken on record and marked as 'X' for its identification.
