Heard learned counsel for the applicants and the learned APP for the respondent - State.

At the outset, learned counsel for the applicants seeks leave to delete the name of applicant No.1 from the array of the applicants.

Leave granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. He submits that today, at 1.30 p.m. Mr.Sadashiv Pol, Ex-MLA expired and that the applicant Nos.2 to 6, being the close relatives of Mr.Sadashiv Pol be enlarged on temporary bail up to 03.10.2015. He submits that Manoj Pol, son of the deceased has been granted temporary bail by the Sessions Court till 03.10.2015. He submits that the applicant Nos.2 to 6, being the close relatives of Mr.Sadashiv Pol may also be enlarged on temporary bail till 03.10.2015 to attend the last rites of Mr.Sadashiv Pol.

Accordingly, the applicant Nos.2 to 6 are enlarged on temporary cash bail of Rs.20,000/- each till 03.10.2015. The applicant Nos.2 to 6 shall surrender on 03.10.2015 before the jail authorities.

Learned APP shall communicate the said

order telephonically to the jail authorities i.e. Supdt., Sub Jail, Satara along with an authenticated copy of the said order. The said cash bail be furnished before the Supdt., Sub Jail, Satara.

Accordingly, the Application is disposed of.

Parties to act on the authenticated copy of this order.
