1] Applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail in C.R. No. 78/2021 registered with L.T. Marg Police Station for Offences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 471 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 2] Case of the prosecution is, receipt of electricity bill of 2005 is forged. Complainant is a builder who is into redevelopment of the premises in relation to which aforesaid receipt pertains to. 1/2

908.2818.21 aba.doc 3] Since the entire case is based on documentary evidence and receipt which is alleged to be forged by applicant, counterfile, record in relation to same is available with the public authority, in my opinion, custodial interrogation of the applicant is not warranted. (i) In the event of arrest of applicant in C.R. No. 78/2021 registered with L.T. Marg Police Station for Offences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 471 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code, he be released on bail on furnishing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs. 15,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount.

(ii) Applicant shall attend the Investigating Officer from 20/12/2021 to 22/12/2021 and thereafter, as and when directed.

(iii) Applicant shall neither tamper with evidence nor influence the witnesses in any way.
