DATED : 15th NOVEMBER, 2022 P.C:- The applicant seek relaxation of condition imposed upon him on 9/8/2017. He seek exemption from condition no. (ii) imposed while releasing him on bail on 9/8/2017 which reads thus :- "(ii) The Applicant shall attend the concerned police station, on the first Monday of every month, between 10.00 am to 11.00 am, till the conclusion of the trial" It is informed that in C.R.No. 593/2016, charge is not yet framed and in case, the applicant if incarcerated would Tilak

2/2 35 IA 2944-21.doc have been entitled to be released since he would have completed the maximum sentence to be imposed upon him, if being convicted u/s.8 and 12 of the POCSO Act.

I see no reason to compel him to adhere to the said condition down the line, five years. I therefore, deem it appropriate to relax the condition no.(ii) and substitute the same to the following effect :

"The applicant shall attend the concerned police station on first Monday of the trimester months between 10.00 am to 11.00 am till conclusion of trial"
