Heard learned counsel for the parties.

By this Application, the Applicant seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with C. R. No. 100 of 2019 registered with the Shivaji Park Police Station, Mumbai, for the alleged offence punishable under Section 420 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Perused the papers. According to the Complainant - Smt. Sushma Sawant, the Applicant introduced her to one Shashikant Raul. According to the Complainant, the entire amount of Rs. 60,67,000/- was paid by her to Shashikant Raul. As far as the present C. R. is concerned, the only allegation as against the Applicant is that he introduced the

ABA 1883-19.doc Applicant to Shashikant Raul. There is no allegation that the amount was paid by the Complainant to the Applicant. 4.

Considering the role of the Applicant, the Application is allowed and the Applicant is granted pre-arrest bail on the following terms & conditions :-

O R D E R

(i) In the event of arrest, the Applicant be enlarged on bail, on executing P. R. Bond in the sum of Rs. 15,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount;

(ii) The Applicant shall report to the investigating officer of the concerned police station on 16th, 17th & 18th September, 2019 between 10.00 a. m. and 12.00 noon and thereafter, as & when called for by the investigating officer.

The Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms and is accordingly disposed of.

It is made clear that the observations made herein are prima facie, and are confined to this Application. All concerned to act on the authenticated copy of this order. (REVATI MOHITE DERE, J.)
