Heard Mr. Adhe, learned counsel for the Petitioner. Upon being confronted with the nature of application and the documents sought, the learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would not press the present petition and instead the petitioner would submit the documents to the Committee. The committee is directed to consider the said documents.

We have heard the learned AGP.

It is for the petitioner to produce the documents on which the petitioner relies. The Committee certainly may comment upon the documents produced by the petitioner on its own merits and in accordance with law.
