After arguing the Petition for some time, learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this Petition with liberty to the petitioner to raise ground at appropriate stage before the appropriate forum that in the absence of there being any rule permitting parties to engage Counsel, the Enquiry Officer could not have rejected his prayer for cancellation of appointment of Counsel by the Management.

With the aforesaid liberty, Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. In case after the enquiry any adverse order is 1/2
