The Applicant has preferred Family Court Appeal St. No. 34664 of 2016 against the judgment passed by the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Thane dated 29/06/2016 whereby the Petition filed by the respondent - wife for divorce came to be 1/2

2. cam 248.17.doc allowed. However, there were some office objections in the Family Court Appeal. Hence, on 06/03/2017, 4 weeks time was granted for removing office objections. As office objections were not removed within the stipulated time, the Family Court Appeal came to be dismissed.

In the present Application, it is prayed that the order dated 06/03/2017 passed by the Registrar of the High Court be set aside and delay in preferring Civil Application be condoned. 4.

In view of the averments made in this Application and in the interest of justice, the delay in preferring this Application is condoned and conditional order dated 06/03/2017 passed by the Registrar, High Court is set aside.
