Parties have amicably settled their dispute and have filed Minutes of Order. Both husband and wife are present in the Court. They admit that they have signed the consent terms. They have agreed that the decree passed by the Family Court, Pune should be set aside by consent. It is further stated that the appellant wife agrees and undertakes to withdraw all the
complaints filed against respondent husband and his family members. She further agrees and undertakes not to file false and/or frivolous complaints against respondent husband and his family members. The Minutes of the order are taken on record and marked "X" for the purpose of identification. 2.
In view of minutes of order, the impugned judgment and order passed by the Family Court is set aside. The decree in terms of Minutes of order be drawn up accordingly. 3.
The appeal as also Civil Application are disposed of accordingly.
