If the spare copy is supplied within the stipulated time, notice be issued to respondent No.1, returnable on 13th October, 2016. In addition to Court notice, Advocate for the petitioner to serve the Respondent No.1, by Advocate's notice and file an affidavit of service before the returnable date. 4.
If the spare copy is not supplied within the stipulated time, the petition shall stand dismissed for non-prosecution without further reference to the Court.
