It appears from the record that there is delay of 201 days in preferring the Appeal. For the reasons stated in the Application for condonation of delay in paragraphs 4 to 7, the delay needs to be condoned in the interest of justice. Hence, the following order; :: ORDER ::

(i) Application for condonation of delay is hereby allowed in terms of prayer clause 10a.

(ii) Registry is directed to make scrutiny of Appeal as per 1/2
