Learned PP upon instructions from the I.O. Mr. Rahul Patil, Byculla Police Station, makes a statement that the police did not get any material to support the charge against the petitioners. 3.

We have perused FIR No. 338/2017 dated 31/12/2017 for ht offences punishable under section 216 and 187 r.w. 34 IPC. We accept the said statement communicated to us by the learned APP and accordingly make the rule absolute in terms of prayer clause (b).
