The impugned judgment and Award dated 31st July, 2017 passed by the learned Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Alibag Raigad in LAR No.47 of 2009 (old LAR No.129 of 2009) is challenged before this Court on various grounds. In order to protect the interest of the Applicant involved in the subject matter, it is necessary to grant interim stay on certain conditions. Hence, I pass the following order; :: ORDER ::

(i) There shall be ad-interim stay in terms of prayer clause (6a) on condition that the Applicant shall 1/2

(ii) Registry to inform this order to the concerned Court accordingly.
