Pursuant to the order dated 4 April 2017 passed by this Court, learned Counsel for the Petitioner has tendered the statement of disclosure of the learned prospective sole Arbitrator Mr. Farhan P. Dubash, Advocate and Solicitor, under section 11(8) read with section 12(1)(b) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The statement of disclosure is taken on record and accepted.

The Respondent Mr. Allwyn Consalves is present in Court. The Sheristedar of this Court has identified the Aadhar Card of the Respondent. He states that he has no objection if the consequential order of appointing of Mr. Farhan P. Dubash sole Arbitrator is passed. Accordingly, Mr. Farhan P. Dubash, Advocate and Solicitor is appointed as sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes and differences between the parties.
