Tahilramani, Acting C.J. & M.S. Sonak, J.) Since both the learned Judges are not available, the matter is placed before us as a special bench.

The Petitioner has challenged the Judgments and Orders dated 2 May 2014 and 25 August 2014 passed by the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal whereby the Tribunal had upheld the order passed on 13 January 2014 terminating the services of the Petitioner after the caste certificate produced by the Petitioner was invalided. No case is made out to exercise review jurisdiction. The Division Bench has followed Section 10 of the Maharashtra Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Denotified Tribes (Vimukta Jatis), Nomadic Tribes, Other Backward Classes and Special Backward Category (Regulation of Issuance and Verification) of Caste Certificate Act, 2000. The grounds taken in the review are questioning the order under review on merits. The Review Petition is accordingly dismissed.
