Heard learned Counsel for the applicant.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that though he called upon his client for instructions, he submits that has not received any instructions till today to proceed with the matter. Therefore, he is unable to proceed with the matter.

Hence, Civil Application stands dismissed for non prosecution.

In view of dismissal of Civil Application for delay, nothing survives in the First Appeal as well as Civil Application for stay. Hence, First Appeal as well as Civil Application for stay stand dismissed as infructuous.
