The grievance raised in this Petition is that, the trial Court did not allow the Petitioner cross examination of Mahesh Sarjerao Panekar (PW-2). It appears that the grievance of the Petitioner relates back to the stage when PW2 was being cross examined in the year 2015. By passage of time and in all probability, the trial might have been concluded. We do not deem it appropriate to adjudicate the grievance raised by the Petitioner after a period of 7 years from arising out of cause of action. Hence the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
