By this Civil Application the Applicant is seeking condonation of delay of 7 days in fling Review Petition to review the order dated 25th July, 2018 passed by this Court in /

34-cao-514-2018.doc Writ Petition No.5492 of 2015.

Learned AGP Mr. V.S. Gokhale appearing for the Respondent - State vehemently opposed the present application. Respondent No.1 has fled his Affdavit in Reply dated 29th January, 2021.

Considering the submission made by learned counsel for the Applicant and averments made in Civil Application, we are satisfed that the Applicant has made out case for allowing this application. In view of this following order is passed:- (a) The delay in fling Review Petition (St.) 25510 of 2018 is condoned.
