By this civil application, the applicant seeks recall of the order dated 23rd August 2017 passed by this Court in Civil Application No.453 of 2016. The respondent nos.1 and 4 are already served. The respondent nos.2 and 3 had not appeared before this Court on 23rd August 2017 though several notices were served upon them by public notice.

On perusal of the avements made in the civil application, I am satisfied that the applicant has made out a case for recall of the order dated 23rd August 2017 passed by this Court in Civil Application No.453 of 2016.

For the reasons recorded in the civil application, the order dated 23rd August 2017 is recalled. Civil Application No.453 of 2016 is restored to file. Place the civil application on board for 'hearing and final disposal' on 27 R.D. DHANUKA, J.
