Mr. Kulkarni learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Appellants today tendered a copy of the Order passed in Commercial Suit No.2 of 2020 and pointed out that parties to the said Suit had arrived at a settlement, basis which, the said Suit was dismissed as withdrawn. He therefore submitted that nothing thus survive in the present Appeal and sought leave to withdraw the same.

The present Appeal is therefore dismissed as withdrawn, in view of the Order passed in Commercial Suit No.2 of 2020, a copy of which is taken on record. 3.
