Perused orders dated 9.6.2015 and 29.6.2015. In those orders, statement made on behalf of the respondentCorporation that after the order of District Court allowing the Appeal preferred by the RespondentCorporation, the Corporation has removed the hoardings, was recorded.

Mr. Bubna further states that though the Petition was admitted by issuing Rule, no interim relief was granted since 2012.
