1) Learned APP on instructions from Police Sub-Inspector Mr. Arjun Gaikwad, submitted that, in the present crime, the investigation is already completed and as a matter of fact, Petitioner had also filed an application for discharge before the trial Court, which has been rejected by an Order dated 7th March, 2019.

2) In view thereof, the Petition for quashing of C.R. No.215 of 2017, registered with Mundhwa Police Station, Pune, does not survive and is accordingly disposed off.
