Mr.Deokar, learned counsel for the appellants states that the appellants are willing to accept the compensation amounts mentioned in the compensation table furnished to them by the Executive Engineer, Minor Irrigation Division No.1, Solapur as annexed to the pursis. 3.

In view of the above, the appeal is allowed to be withdrawn. 4.
