Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant. She informs the Court that the civil application has already been served on the respondent. 2.

By this application, the applicant prays for early hearing of the Writ Petition on the ground that the applicant is senior citizen aged 86 years. Averments setting out the reasons therefor can be found in paragraphs 2 and 4 of the civil application. Perusal of the civil application would show that the request is reasonable. Writ petition deserves to be heard at an early date.
