This is an application under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure for bail.

The applicant came to be arrested in Crime No.367 of 2021 registered at Shikrapur Police Station, Pune Rural for the ofences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 120B read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned counsel for the applicant has placed on record the copy of order dated 6 October 2022 in Criminal Bail Application No. 4441 of 2021. By the said order, this Court has released the co-accused Sahebrao Satpute on bail. 4.

The allegations against the said co-accused Sahebrao Satpute are of impersonation. According to the prosecution, the said co-accused Sahebrao Satpute had impersonated as the Dinesh S. Sherla 1/2

11-ba-4183-21.doc complainant Dattatrya Mandhre and executed Power of Attorney. The present applicant is attesting witness on the said Power of Attorney. As this Court has released the said co-accused Sahebrao Satpute on bail, I have no option except to release the present applicant on bail. In the result, the following order is passed.

O R D E R

A] Bail Application is allowed.

B] The applicant be released on bail in C.R. No. 367 of 2021 registered at Shikrapur Police Station, Pune Rural for the ofences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 120B read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code on furnishing P.R Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with one or two sureties in the like amount.
