This civil application seeks recall of an order dated 20 June 2019 modified vide order dated 23 April 2019. The order of 23 April 2019 granted four weeks' time to the Petitioners to remove office objections, failing which the writ petition was to stand rejected. 2.
It is the grievance of the Applicants/Petitioners that they could not remove office objections within time. The Applicants request for one week's time for removal of office objections. 3.
Accordingly, the impugned self-operative order of 23 April Pg 1 of 2
caw2087-19.doc 2019 is recalled and set aside and the writ petition is restored to file. The Petitioners are granted one week's time to remove office objections. 4.
It is made clear that these timelines shall be strictly enforced and no further extension would be granted to the Petitioners. It is also made clear that in case the Petitioners do not remove office objections within this one week, the writ petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court under the applicable Appellate Side Rules. It is made clear that the restoration of the writ petition also restores the interim orders operating in the writ petition as of the date of its rejection by an order of 23 April 2019.

If the objections are removed, the Registry is directed to place the writ petition in the weekly hearing board of 23 September 2019.
