This is an application for condonation of delay of 347 days caused in filing the Appeal against conviction and sentence. Looking to the fact that the Application and the Appeal have been filed through jail and the averments in the Application, we are of the opinion that in the interest of justice, delay deserves to be condoned. Accordingly, delay is condoned. 3.
