1] After hearing the learned counsel for the appellant at length, when this Court expressed its disinclination to grant relief, the learned counsel, on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the present appeal with liberty to file regularization application before the Corporation, if permissible under the law. Leave and liberty granted.

2] Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. 3] It is made clear that, if such an application is filed by the appellant, the Corporation will consider the same, as per the provisions of law and without being influence by the liberty granted by this Court to the appellant. 4] In view of dismissal of Appeal, the Civil Application does not survive and is accordingly disposed off.
