There were five separate Original Applications before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal which have been disposed of by the impugned order. The Tribunal while disposing of the matters has observed that as regards Original Application Nos. 626, 658, 1026 and 1066 of 2023, there was no interim relief granted and there was a specific order of interim relief in Original Application No. 623 of 2023, which was discontinued.

R.V.Patil 2 16 WP.10971.2023.doc This single petition is filed by 13 - 14 Petitioners, who are the applicants drawn from these five Original Applications, instead of filing separate writ petitions have moved one petition. Such petition ought not to have been filed.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioners seeks leave to withdraw this Writ Petition to file proper Writ Petitions in respect of the Original Applications which have been disposed of. The Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

The learned AGP for the State states that the Petitioners have been relieved from service as on today.
