By order dated 02/08/2023, the Applicant was ordered to be released on bail on furnishing PR bond in the sum of Rs.1,00,000/- with one or two solvent sureties in the like amount. 2.

Learned counsel for the Applicant states that the Applicant is a foreigner and that she is unable to get sureties and the Applicant continues to remain in jail for want of surety. He therefore prays that the Applicant be released on permanent cash bail. 3.

Considering the fact that the Applicant has continued to be in jail 1/3

despite the order of bail dated 02/08/2023 and being a foreigner she is unable to get surety, the following order is passed :- (a) The Applicant - Karlo Pinto Iris is ordered to be released on permanent cash bail in the sum of Rs.1,00,000/-. (b) The Applicant shall report to the Senior Police Inspector, Amboli Police Station, Mumbai on the 1st Monday of every month between 11:00 a.m. to 02:00 p.m. till framing of the charge.

(c) The Applicant shall surrender her passport before Senior Police Inspector, Amboli Police Station, Mumbai. (d) The Applicant shall not leave the State of Maharashtra without prior permission of the Court. (e) The Applicant shall furnish her permanent address, local address as well as the other contact details to the Investigating Officer of Amboli Police Station as well as to the Special Court.

The Applicant is put to notice that in the event of any breach of terms and conditions, the bail order shall stand recalled. 5.

Interim Application stands disposed of.
