The applicant, by the judgment and order dated 15th July, 2015 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Kolhapur in Sessions Case No. 121 of 2014, has been convicted under sections 302 of Indian Penal Code. For the offence under section 302, the applicant has been sentenced to imprisonment for life. Being aggrieved by the conviction and sentence, the applicant has preferred Criminal Appeal (St.) No. 677 of 2016 and Criminal Application No. 1205 of 2016 for bail. 2.
While preferring the Appeal, there has been delay, hence Criminal Application No. 1204 of 2016 has been preferred for condonation of delay. 3.
The prayer of the applicant in the present Application is that in his 1 / 2

In view of the prayer made by the applicant, we appoint Advocate Ms. Rohini Dandekar, who is on the panel of Advocates of the High Court Legal Services Committee to represent the applicant in Criminal Appeal (St.) No. 677 of 2016, Application for bail being Criminal Application No. 1205 of 2016 and Criminal Application No. 1204 of 2016. 3.
