Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP, we deem it convenient to dispose of this petition by directing the respondent no.2 Deputy Commissioner of Police Zone-III Kalyan to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 29th June, 2017, copy of which is annexed at Exhibit-F on page no.131, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of three months from the receipt of this order. Order accordingly.

rpa 2/2 wp-3743-17.doc It is made clear that we have not gone into the merits of the matter and respondent no.2 shall dispose of the said application of the petitioner's independently on its own merits and in accordance with law.

The petitioner shall remain present before the respondent no.2 along with his application dated 29th August, 2017 on 11th October, 2017 at 11:00 a.m.

Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
