Furlough leave was rejected in 2015 and dismissal of appeal against it formed the subject matter of the present proceeding. 2.

Learned APP submits that prisoner has thereafter applied in 2019 for grant of furlough and that is being processed. We therefore direct the respondent to decide that application afresh in accordance with law without getting influenced by earlier application.

We also grant leave to approach again if any fresh cause of action arises. Accordingly we dispose of both the proceedings. 4.
