2) The learned Counsel for the applicants, on instructions, submit that the applicants have attended the office of ACB, 1/2

77-ABA-2501-23+.DOC Satara in terms of the interim orders dated 11th September, 2023 in ABA No.2501 of 2023 and dated 5th September, 2023 in ABA No.2504 of 2023 and co-operated with the investigation agency. 3) Having regard to the nature of the accusation, further custodial interrogation of the applicants does not seem to be warranted.

4) The applicants are public servants.

5) Possibility of fleeing away of justice and tempering with evidence appears to be remote.

6) I am, therefore, inclined to make interim order absolute. 7) Hence, the following order.

ORDER

I) The orders of interim bail in ABA No. 2501 of 2023, dated 11th September, 2023 and ABA No.2504 of 2023, dated 5th September, 2023 are made absolute on the terms and conditions incorporate therein.

II) The applicants shall regularly attend the proceedings before the jurisdictional Court.

III) The applications stand disposed.
