The petition is filed seeking transfer of investigation into FIR bearing CR No.40 of 2014 registered with N. M. Joshi Marg Police Station. Mr. Shaikh, learned APP, on instructions of the officer concerned who is present before the Court, makes a statement that the investigation into the said FIR is already completed and charge-sheet is also filed in the competent court. The statement is accepted.
