Heard. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the application filed by the applicant before the Sessions Court at Pune, has been withdrawn on 3.10.2016.

The applicant herein apprehends his arrest in Crime No.338 of 2016 registered at Surajpur, Gautambuddh Nagar, Noida Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 405, 406, 420, 463, 464, 465, 468, 471, 482, 120B of the Indian Penal Code. The applicant is the permanent resident of Mundhwa, Pune.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that a notice was received by the applicant calling upon him to remain present before Surajpur Police Station on 20.8.2016 in Crime No.338 of 2016. The applicant had replied the said notice and had informed the police station that he was ill and was not in a position to travel and had, therefore, requested one Advocates Shri Manish D. Modak and Shri Pervez Mirza to represent him at the police station. He had also requested the Advocate to give a written explanation on his behalf to the police station. A detailed reply was given to the police by the Advocate representing the applicant. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant desires to appear before the police within two weeks from today and therefore prays that he be protected by way of transit bail for a period of 2 weeks. 4.
Taking into consideration the fact that the applicant desires to co-operate with the police in U.P., the applicant deserves pre-arrest bail. Hence, the applicant is prootected for a period of two weeks from today within which he shall approach before the said police
O R D E R
(i) The application is allowed.
Mhi 3 (ii) In the event of his arrest, the applicant be enlarged on bail for a period of two weeks on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount. (iii) The applicant has been protected till 5 p.m. of 18.10.2016. (iv) It is made clear that the transit bail is granted only upto 5 p.m. of 18.10.2016.
Application stands disposed of.
