By this application, the learned counsel for the Appellant submits that the Appellant No. 1 Amaarathbhai Gopalbhai Halpati died on 10th September, 2014 and hence the application is moved for bringing the legal heirs of the deceased on record in October, 2014 i.e. within 90 days. 2.

Hence, the Civil Application is allowed.

The legal heirs of the deceased are brought on record. The amendment in the Appeal is carried out within four weeks.
