Learned AGP has placed on record the order dated 2nd August, 2008 passed by the Chief Information Commissioner of the State Government by which the second appeal preferred by the petitioner has been dismissed. The second appeal was preferred under section 3 of Section 19 of the Right to Information Act, 2005. 2.

Now the remedy of the petitioner will be to challenge the said order, if he is aggrieved by the same. We direct the office of Assistant Commissioner of Police, Public Relation cum Public Relation Officer, (Crimes) to forward a copy of the said order dated 2nd December, 2008 to the petitioner through the concerned Jail Superintendent. Even a copy of this order shall be forwarded along

Subject to what is observed above, the petition is disposed of. Civil application does not survive. Civil application is disposed of.
