Heard. By this Civil Application the Applicant seeks extension of time to carry out amendment as per order dated 06.08.2018. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, we are satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application.

Hence, the following order:

a) Time to carry out amendment as per order dated 06.08.2018 is extended till 29.09.2018.
