Mr. Tekale, learned counsel for the Respondent No.3 submits that Writ Petition (St.) No. 15386 of 2019 has been filed by the Petitioners in respect of the same cause of action which is agitated in the present Petition. The said Petition has been filed before the learned Single Judge of this Court and is at the pre-admission stage. Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners submits that he has no instructions in the matter.

From the case details submitted before us today, it appears that Advocate Rahul Kadam represents the Petitioner in W.P. (St.) No.

17..as.wp.9343.21.doc 15386 of 2019. Mr. Tekale submits that Respondent No.3 is also arrayed as a party Respondent in Writ Petition (St.) No. 15386 of 2019.

In that view of the matter we permit the Petitioners to withdraw the present Writ Petition with liberty to prosecute the Petition which has already been filed by the Petitioners with respect to the same cause of action.
