Intimation of death of father on 7.2.2018 was received by prisoner on 16.7.2018. Request for parole and appeal against its rejection was also dismissed.

Adverse police report appears to be the reason. 3.

Additionally the learned APP submits that death of father does not remain relevant now after more than one year and nine months. 4.

We therefore, keep the contention of the petitioner open and with liberty to approach again if any fresh cause of action arises, we dispose of the petition.
